Conativics is a company registered in the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and complies with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Conativics may produce, distribute, and operate online social platform, interactive digital magazine, and multimedia contents regarding cultural tourism in South Korea, for unspecified general public visiting South Korea from overseas.
For such business activities, Conativics generates revenue through general paid advertising and marketing services commissioned by clients, who are legal business entities and sole proprietors. Conativics enters into contracts with stakeholders by providing a means of information distribution and receiving financial compensation in return, which is not based on customer solicitation, recruitment, or referral arrangements.
Conativics is a company that is not registered as a ‘tourism business operator’ or ‘travel agency’ as defined under the Republic of Korea’s ‘Tourism Promotion Act.’ Accordingly, Conativics does not engage in any business activities requiring a ‘general travel agency’ license for services directed at foreign nationals visiting South Korea, and complies with the following provisions under the Tourism Promotion Act:

Conativics does not provide ‘arrangement, placement, brokerage, proxy contract, professional guidance regarding tourism’ to/from ‘tourists and providers of transportation, accommodation, or other travel-related facilities and services’, as defined under Article 3 of the Tourism Promotion Act.

Conativics does not directly operate facilities or provide services related to transportation, accommodation, or tourism ‘suitable for food, sports, entertainment, recreation, culture, arts, or leisure’ for domestic or foreign travelers visiting South Korea.

Conativics does not directly engage in the planning and production of tourism-related goods and services provided by tourism service providers.

Conativics does not act as an agent or intermediary in contract between ‘domestic or foreign travelers visiting South Korea’ and ‘providers of transportation, accommodation, or tourism services/facilities’, nor does it directly arrange such business relations.

Conativics does not provide any ‘tour guide services’ to domestic or foreign travelers visiting South Korea, whereby a tour guide accompanies travelers for part or all of their itinerary, or directly leads travel activities.

Conativics does not provide any ‘package tours’ (organized group travel, vacation package, etc.), personalized travel consulting and advisory services to domestic or foreign travelers visiting South Korea.

Conativics does not directly enter into any contracts with domestic or foreign travelers visiting South Korea in connection with the purchase and use of transportation, accommodation, or tourism-related products and services.

Conativics is not obligated to subscribe to a business guarantee insurance under the Tourism Promotion Act, and does not provide or sell to users any goods or services for which guarantee insurance is required.
As a Free Independent Traveler (FIT), all users of digital products provided by Conativics independently plan their entire travel itinerary, select and employ third-party tourism service providers, and voluntarily enter into contracts with the providers for transportation, accommodation, and tourism services, without any involvement from Conativics.
Conativics is not a stakeholder of such process, therefore Conativics does not intervene, and is not associated to any relevant effect of the process.
코나티빅스(Conativics)는 기업활동의 일부로써 한국을 방문하는 외국인 여행자 불특정 다수를 대상으로 한국 문화관광과 관련된 온라인 소셜 플랫폼, 인터랙티브 디지털 매거진, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 제작/배포/운영할 수 있습니다.
이 경우, 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 법인 및 개인사업자 의뢰인을 대상으로 유료 광고/홍보/마케팅 용역 계약을 체결해 매출을 창출하며, 여행자 모객/알선과 무관하게 오직 정보 전달의 수단으로써 일반적인 광고/홍보/마케팅 활동을 수행하여 그 대가로 광고료를 지급받습니다.
코나티빅스(Conativics)는 대한민국 법률 <관광진흥법>에 규정된 ‘관광사업자’ 및 ‘여행업’으로 등록되지 않은 기업입니다. 따라서 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 한국을 방문하는 외국인을 대상으로 하는 ‘종합여행업’ 허가가 필요한 사업활동을 일체 수행하지 않으며, <관광진흥법>에 따라 다음과 같은 사항을 준수합니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 <관광진흥법> 제3조에서 규정하는 ‘여행자 또는 운송시설ㆍ숙박시설, 그 밖에 여행에 딸리는 시설의 경영자 등으로부터 시설 이용 알선이나 계약 체결의 대리, 여행에 관한 안내, 그 밖의 여행 편의’를 제공/알선/중개하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 한국을 방문하는 내/외국인 여행자를 대상으로 하는 ‘음식ㆍ운동ㆍ오락ㆍ휴양ㆍ문화ㆍ예술 또는 레저 등에 적합한 운송/숙박/관광 시설 및 서비스’를 직접 운영하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 관광사업자 및 여행업자가 공급하는 운송/숙박/관광 관련 상품/서비스의 기획과 제작에 직접 참여하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 여행자 모객 또는 알선에 기반해 관광사업자 및 여행업자로부터 수수료/중개료를 지급받는 영리활동을 하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 ‘한국을 방문하는 내/외국인 여행자’와 ‘운송/숙박/관광 서비스/시설 제공자’ 사이에서 계약 체결을 대리하거나 중개하지 않으며, 이용을 알선하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 한국을 방문하는 내/외국인 여행자를 대상으로 여행 일정의 일부 또는 전체를 동행하거나 여행 활동을 직접 안내해주는 ‘관광 가이드 서비스’를 제공하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 한국을 방문하는 내/외국인 여행자를 대상으로 기획여행(패키지 여행), 개인화된 여행 상담 및 컨설팅을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 운송/숙박/관광 관련 상품/서비스의 구매 및 이용과 관련된 그 어떠한 계약도 한국을 방문하는 내/외국인 여행자와 직접 체결하지 않습니다.
- 코나티빅스(Conativics)는 <관광진흥법>에 따른 영업 보증보험을 가입할 의무가 없으며, 보증보험이 요구되는 그 어떠한 재화와 용역도 사용자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
코나티빅스(Conativics)가 제공하는 한국 문화관광 관련 재화/용역/컨텐츠의 사용자는 자유개별관광객(Free Independent Traveler)으로써 본인이 직접 모든 여행 일정을 구성하고, 제3자 관광사업자를 선택하며, 자발적으로 그들과 직접 계약을 체결하여 재화 및 용역을 구매/이용합니다.
코나티빅스(Conativics)는 거래 당사자가 아니므로 그 과정에 개입하지 않으며, 어떠한 결과와도 무관합니다.
